We ran out of propane. Mark was in Chelan working on Slide Waters, and after a long day, he called at 8:00 pm. He fills our tank, then comes in to make sure the oven and fireplace are working. You don't get such caring service in the big cities. Thanks, Basin Propane. Great guys.

I recently moved from the Seattle area and needed to get set up with propane for our fireplace. Bill was the one who set up the tank and hooked up the fireplace, and he was great. My 3-year-old daughter was his shadow while he was working, wanting to see everything. He was great with her, kind enough not to let it bug him while also getting the job done on time. Working with Bill and Basin Propane out of Moses Lake was another example of the different kind of community we wanted when we moved out here. Thank you, Bill and team.

This company was amazing to work with. I called on short notice, and they accommodated me. I needed them to come down a week earlier than scheduled, and they were extremely kind and showed up.
